Glenn has been a key contributing member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemists since 1993, and former chairman of the Idaho Quality Award program.

He is Omega’s premier formulator specializing in: Personal Care, Pet Care, and Industrial/Government Products for national & international health care brands.

His extensive experience has ranged from OTC’s to Hair Restoration and the Pet Care Industry.

Glenn continually improves industry leading products while focusing on biochemistry, R&D of novel product development, medical and being the key and co-signatory on many patents.

He handles the Domestic and International sales/distribution of Omega's contract and private label services.

Perform scale downstream chromatography and filtration processes for representative material and data in support of process development and characterization activities
Perform multiple cell culture experiments to determine limiting factors (i.e. metabolic, nutritional, or environmental)
Perform routine data collection, data analysis
Develop cell UF process for protein concentration to cGMP Pilot Plant. Produce quantity sufficient to support phase III clinical trials

Operate and validate multiple filter integrity tests, including Pall, Millipore and Sartorius
Execute multiple qualifications and validations, successfully ramp up operations to produce product for downstream development and support Phase III clinical trials

Responsible for Operation and troubleshooting of sterile product filling machines, working safe and efficient while meeting production goals and schedules
Monitor fill levels and sterile filling line for product and media fills. Weighing of components and formulation of final product, inspection and fill volume checks
Monitoring environmental particulate both viable and non-viable of machines and clean rooms. Prepare variety of equipment, bottles and stoppers for sterilization
