financial / budget, sales / marketing and general operation side of Omega.

Founding partner of Omega Tech Labs.
Founder, owner, President, and CEO of a multi-million dollar cosmetic
manufacturing facility for 20 years that was sold in 2003. He is instrumental in formulating,
developing, and fulfilling personal care products for national brand
corporations including several entertainment celebrities.
Former chairman of the Idaho Quality Award program.
Cosmetic Chemist / Scientist. He has been an active member of the Society of
Cosmetic Chemists since 1993. As a cosmetic and emulsion chemist, Glenn focuses on the chemistry
, formulating, and development of existing and novel products. He
is also interwoven with the sales / marketing and quality assurance of Omega.
Glenn has many years of formulating and manufacturing anti-microbial
and natural
skin care products including over-the-counter drugs and pharmaceutical products.
Many products are currently distributed around the world in Taiwan,
Japan, China, UK, Turkey, Denmark, Australia, Canada and others.
He is actively involved in the study and preservation of the earth's
natural resources. Glenn is very interested in the effects of
global climate change and the giant garbage patch in the Pacific Ocean.
Glenn is a master naturalist, backpacker, keyboard musician, canvas
painter, graphic designer, master woodworker, journeyman machinist,
design & mechanical engineer, inventor, community volunteer and
grandfather to several grandchildren. He founded and currently directs
The Idaho Osprey Foundation. He is on the board of directors for the
'Friends of MK Nature Center'.

Brings extensive
management experience to Omega Tech Labs, Inc., including previous
experience with fulfillment and production and packaging of cosmetic
products. Highly detail oriented with great efficiency. Elizabeth
focuses on the office management, personnel / Human Resources,
production / packaging / shipping / fulfillment and general management
side of Omega.
