Omega has a wide range of liquid filling and packaging
capabilities. You can buy bulk or have us fill your bottles. We can fill
jars, bottles or tubes. A wide variety of containers are available Omega can fill
from
1/4-ounce to 32 ounce bottle, a 5 gallon bucket to a 300 gallon tote
with all other size in between.
Omega can also help with labeling claims by adding just the right
botanical extract, essential oil, or active ingredient. You can
even pick out your own fragrances and/or colors.

The process...
1. Company information. Perhaps this could include your projections for
a new product or basic business plan if you are a new business.
2. Formulation design. What marketing
claims you want to make.
3. Packaging concept. The look and presence of
your finished product.
This information will help us specifically
design your product/s.
Formulation fees vary from $1,000 - $6,000 depending
on the formula complexity. The price doesn't cover testing.
Testing for stability, shelf-life expectancy,
bacteria challenge and component compatibility price starts at about $2,000.
Real time testing will take a minimum of 6 months with relatively
certain results. Expedited testing can be accomplished within 6 weeks
with an educated guess as to the actual results.
If you want Omega to source your containers and designs, we have a
minimum fee of $2,000 (this is at your request).
To quote your product we need to know the specifics of what you want.
If we have a formula that is close to what you want, then the
formulation charges
may be less.
Omega requires 50% upfront to get started on your project.
Do you need a sample?
To sample someone without a product profile is quite time consuming and
like shooting at a moving target. To ease the difficulty
for both parties, please do one or more of the following...
A. Send us a sample of the product you want (or a close sample).
Please include an ingredient list and the target price you expect. (This
requires a product profile).
B. We will determine if we already have a formula relatively close that can
modified by adding or subtracting botanicals or oils or other ingredients. (This requires
a product profile).
C. If we do not have what you want, we can have us create a custom formulate for
you. (This requires a product profile).
D. You may already have a formula, send it to us.
