Payment Terms :
Minimum order
Many of our products are offered at a 1200 piece order.
Over-The-Counter drug products will generally be a about 3600 piece minimum.
Terms
The first order placed with Omega Tech Labs is cash-in-advance or 50%
down and the balance on delivery with approved credit.
We do also use the Net 15 trade credit. Net 15
is extremely useful for established businesses with good credit.
For our Net 15
accounts, there will be a late fee of 18% per annum charged.
Price Quotes
Pricing of chemicals, essential oils, and natural
ingredients (a commodities market) are extremely volatile in nature
which affects the cost. Therefore,
prices are subject to change based on the nature of the product being
ordered.
Back Orders
Inventory levels and shipping costs may at times be factors in pricing. We will
make every effort to overcome such delays in order to expedite your order.
Your business is valuable to us. Repeat business through the year
may be scheduled with a "blanket" purchase order.
Returns
Omega Tech Labs does not accept returns when the correct formula/item
has been shipped. Omega Tech Labs accepts responsibility for
shipment errors or severe damage. All shipments are to be inspected
within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Products are only returnable in the event of a
shipping error, severe defect, or damage. We (Omega Tech Labs) must be
contacted within 7 days of the receipt of order.
Insurance Issues
Omega Tech Labs recommends that all of our customers hold independent
business (liability) insurance, especially if you choose to add to or
alter the product at your site, or if you are to employ self packaging.
Our insurance company insurance will not allow us to insure a product that
is not fully in our control at all levels of preparation.
