Terms
The first order placed with Omega Tech Labs, INC is 50% down and the balance at time of shipping.
We also offer Net 15 days trade credit with approved credit. We charge 18% annual interest for late fees.
Some orders, because of their size, (50,000, 100k, 500k, million) require a 50% or higher deposit.
Legal
Legal and Dispute issues will be settled in Boise, Idaho under Idaho Law.
Our legal status is Omega Tech Labs, INC (corporate # 560817) and Omega Tech Labs, LLC.
Both are registered in the State of Idaho, USA and in good standing.
When the words 'Omega' or 'Omega Tech', or 'Omega Labs', or OTL, or
'Omega Tech Labs' are used, it is understood that they are implying
one or both of our legal corporate standing registered names of either
Omega Tech Labs, INC and Omega Tech Labs, LLC.
Omega Tech Labs is not responsible for customers labeling compliance with
Federal, State, County, City or international laws, directives, tariffs, compliance
or any other governing laws. (Including California Prop. 65 and similar props.)
Omega Tech Labs reserves the right to change, adjust, or modify formulas
and specifications with or without prior notice.
All references to trademarks and copyrights are acknowledgements of
said trademarks or copyrights.

Pricing of chemicals, components, labor and other unknowns vary from time to time.
Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.

Special lab services are the responsibility of the customer.

Omega is EDI compliant through a 3rd party at additional cost.
Audits and SOPs
Omega follows FDA cGMP guidelines, however, the customer is responsible for labeling. This includes Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by governing agencies.
Audits of our SOPs and specific pertinent information about Omega Tech Labs, Inc. is welcomed with a scheduled appointment and approved by an officer of the company or upper management.
Back Orders
To be a strategic supply partner we strive to make sure the chemicals and components needed for your product line are ready when you are.
However, there are times when complications arise. Inventory levels and shipping costs may at times be factors in pricing and delivery.
We will make every effort to overcome such delays in order to expedite your order. Your business is valuable to us.
Repeat business through the year may be scheduled with a “blanket” purchase order to assure a prompt delivery of your product line.
Insurance Issues
Omega Tech Labs recommends that all of our customers hold independent business (product liability) insurance.
If you require being an additional-insured under our policy, there may be an annual fee.
Available Products
Omega Tech Labs offers all the products listed on our web site to all interested parties with the exception that some areas / countries may already have distribution and therefore specific items may not be available.
Minimum Orders
Minimums are difficult to dictate because each customer has their own needs, requirements and marketing plans.
However, 5000 is our starting amount. It may vary in some cases.
Omega wants to fully understand those parameters and from that understanding we can mutually determine a workable minimum.
Web Design
Omega Tech Labs does their own in-house web design and publishing.
Some of the pictures used in this web site may not have full approval to use.
