Omega Tech Labs offers
many private label personal care products.
Our research & development lab can
create custom formulations or duplicate existing products. Click on
one of the product categories that interests you. The prices are shown
on some of the products. No formulas are done... You need to tells
us what you want and we will inform you of the formulation cost and the
manufacturing and filling cost.
The prices can go up or down
depending on your product claims or other variables. If your
marketing plans show great potential... then, we may work with you on
better pricing and perhaps amortize the formulation cost over a short
period of time. We will work with you to get samples and pricing to you. Sourcing of specialty bottles and closures is especially troublesome.
We are constantly improving and adding to our library of private label
formulas. Ingredient listings and pricing may change without notice.
Most orders can be shipped in just a few weeks.
We have credit terms on prior credit approval as well as accept Visa and
Mastercard.
Omega has a wide range of liquid filling and packaging
capabilities. You can buy bulk or have us fill your bottles. We can fill
jars, bottles or tubes. You can even pick out your own fragrance &
color. A wide variety of containers are available Omega can fill a
1/4-ounce to 32 ounce bottle, a 5 gallon pail to a 300 gallon tote with any other size
between.
Omega can also help you with your label claims by adding just the right
botanical extract, essential oil, or active ingredient.
We are an FDA OTC manufacturer.
The process...
1. Company information. Perhaps this could include your projections for
a new product or basic business plan if you are a new business.
2. Formulation design. What marketing
claims you want to make.
3. Packaging concept. The look and presence of
your finished product.
This information will help us specifically
design your product/s.
Formulation fees vary from $1,000 - $6,000 depending
on the formula. The price doesn't cover testing.
Testing for stability, shelf-life expectancy,
bacteria challenge and component compatibility starts at $2,000.
Real time testing will take a minimum of 6 months with relatively
certain results. Expedited testing can be accomplished within 6 weeks
with an educated guess as to the actual results.
If you want Omega to source your containers and designs, we have a
minimum fee to be discussed at your request.
To quote your product we need to know just what you want.
If we have a formula that is close to what you want, then the charges
may be less.
Omega generally requires 50% upfront to get started on your project.
Do you need a sample?
It is quite time consuming and similar to shooting at a moving target to
sample someone without a product profile. To ease the difficulty
for both parties, please do one or more of the following...
A. Send us a sample of the product you want (or a close sample).
Please include ingredient list and the target price you need. (This
requires a product profile).
B. Find out if we already have something relatively close that we can
add or subtract botanicals or oils or other ingredients. (This requires
a product profile).
3. If we do not have what you want, you can have us custom formulate for
you. (This requires a product profile).
4. You may already have a formula, send it to us.
