Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are directly related to our
preferred freight companies. Below are some tips to help you achieve the
best freight rates. The following is our standard ship method,
unless otherwise instructed by client and/or alternate shipping agency.
·
Small orders:
If your order is less than 250 lbs, we may UPS Ground, Fed Ex, or the
United States Postal Service.
·
Mid-size orders:
Orders between 250-499 lbs are best shipped by UPS, FedEx, or Freight
Ground.
·
Larger orders:
If your order is 500+ lbs., your materials will be shipped by large
truck (You may be eligible for up to a 70% discount on truck rates).
Please note that companies typically need a lift gate to lower products
to their docks. Please specify this at the time of your order and we
will let the trucking company know of any preferences for order
delivery. Additional fees may apply if additional lifting, docking, and
transport services are required. International shipments require a
lot of work, so please be very specific and give us several days to get
rates.
Shipping
Please allow a couple of weeks for shipping.
Damaged
Shipments
Unfortunately, there are certain circumstances (e.g., weather,
accidents, etc.) that may cause product damage in transit. These events
are extremely rare but can occur. It is the receiver’s responsibility
to check for external damage of all ordered products. Please, do not
sign for the shipment until you have fully examined the materials being
delivered. If the damage is extensive, we ask that you refuse the
shipment. If you happen to notice damage post-delivery, save all
packaging and containers for damage inspection. Call us immediately, and
we will make every effort to help filing a damage claim with the chosen
carrier.
Note: You must report all damage within 10 days of receipt.
