Customer Visit Policy
**Who This Applies To:**
All external visitors, including customers, vendors, and partners, who want to visit our facilities.
**Policy Overview:**
1. **Scheduling:**
- Visits must be scheduled at least 5 business days ahead. Contact [email protected]
- No unscheduled or drop-in visits allowed.
2. **Regulation Compliance:**
- Visitors must follow all manufacturing safety rules including hygiene, no interfering with operations, and staying in approved areas with supervision.
3. **Safety Rules:**
- Wear provided protective gear (lab coat, hairnet, gloves).
- No food, drink, or personal items in production areas.
- Follow signs and staff instructions.
4. **Confidentiality & Behavior:**
- You may need to sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Disruptive behavior or not following rules means you’ll be asked to leave.

Legal Disputes
Legal and Dispute issues will be settled in Boise, Idaho under Idaho Law. Our legal status is Omega Tech Labs, INC (corporate # 560817) and Omega Tech Labs, LLC. Both are registered in the State of Idaho, USA and in good standing. When the words 'Omega' or 'Omega Tech', or 'Omega Labs', or OTL, or 'Omega Tech Labs' are used, it is understood that they are implying one or both of our legal corporate standing registered names of either Omega Tech Labs, INC and Omega Tech Labs, LLC.
Deposits and Refunds
1. Purpose
This document outlines the procedures for collecting, managing, and refunding customer deposits, with specific timing and expense considerations, to ensure transparency and compliance with company policy.
2. Definitions
a. Customers are required to pay a deposit equal to 50% of the total order value at the time of placing the order.
b. Deposit terms, including refund conditions and potential deductions for incurred expenses, are explained on Omega’s website.
c. A receipt specifying the deposit amount, date, order details, and payment method will be provided to the customer.
4. Refund of Deposits
a. If the customer requests a refund within twenty (20) days of the order date, fifty percent (50%) of the original deposit amount will be refunded, less any expenses already incurred by the company directly related to the order (including, but not limited to, labor, materials, or third-party costs).
b. The company will provide an itemized statement of any such expenses deducted from the refund.
c. No deposit refunds will be provided for refund requests received after thirty (20) days from the order date.
5. Management of Deposits
a. All deposits must be properly recorded in the company’s accounting system.
b. Deposits may be used for purposes other than fulfilling the customer’s order or covering incurred expenses including labor and third-party expenses.
6. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this SOP must be approved in writing by an officer of Omega.

Labeling
Omega Tech Labs is not responsible for customers labeling compliance with Federal, State, County, City or international laws, directives, tariffs, compliance or any other governing laws. (Including California Prop. 65 and similar props.)
Omega Tech Labs reserves the right to change, adjust, or modify formulas and specifications with or without prior notice.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any over-the-counter production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. CGMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, facilities, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff.
Detailed, written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process - every time a product is made.
Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs are both internally and independently audited to ensure top quality products and that our performance measures are continually met. All products are subject to various analytical tests before, during and after manufacture. In addition, each batch of finished product is tested for color, appearance, odor, pH, and microbial activity. Set specifications must be met before the product is released for distribution or sale.
