Legal and Dispute issues will be settled in Boise, Idaho under Idaho Law. Our legal status is Omega Tech Labs, INC (corporate # 560817) and Omega Tech Labs, LLC. Both are registered in the State of Idaho, USA and in good standing. When the words 'Omega' or 'Omega Tech', or 'Omega Labs', or OTL, or 'Omega Tech Labs' are used, it is understood that they are implying one or both of our legal corporate standing registered names of either Omega Tech Labs, INC and Omega Tech Labs, LLC.
Labeling
Omega Tech Labs is not responsible for customers labeling compliance with Federal, State, County, City or international laws, directives, tariffs, compliance or any other governing laws. (Including California Prop. 65 and similar props.)
Omega Tech Labs reserves the right to change, adjust, or modify formulas and specifications with or without prior notice.

Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)

Current Good Manufacturing Practice is a system for ensuring that products are consistently produced and controlled according to quality standards. It is designed to minimize the risks involved in any over-the-counter production that cannot be eliminated through testing the final product. CGMP covers all aspects of production from the starting materials, facilities, and equipment to the training and personal hygiene of staff.
Detailed, written procedures are essential for each process that could affect the quality of the finished product. There must be systems to provide documented proof that correct procedures are consistently followed at each step in the manufacturing process - every time a product is made.
Our Quality Control and Quality Assurance programs are both internally and independently audited to ensure top quality products and that our performance measures are continually met. All products are subject to various analytical tests before, during and after manufacture. In addition, each batch of finished product is tested for color, appearance, odor, pH, and microbial activity. Set specifications must be met before the product is released for distribution or sale.

The Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system provides a systematic,
globally-recognized approach to reducing safety hazards in food and supplement production systems for humans and animals.
We use a HACCP system control potential biological, physical, and chemical hazards that threaten the integrity of each of our food products.
Critical Control Points (CCP) have been established and are monitored through the 'batch record' prepared by QA and the batch makers.

Omega Tech Lab’s Modern Slavery Statement is presented here, which outlines the policies and actions
we have taken to reduce the likelihood of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. Omega
Tech Labs is a manufacturer of a variety of products including cosmetics, topicals, homeopathic goods
and nutritional supplements for both pets and humans.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for our employees, as well as assuring our
community, both local and distant, that we believe in and support ethical business practices. Any
instance of modern slavery discovered within our supply chain will result in cessation of business with
that entity, as well as reporting to the appropriate governing body, regulatory agency and/or
authorities.
Modern slavery practices include human trafficking, forced labor, child labor, debt bondage, forced
marriage and other abuses of basic human rights, which we deem unacceptable.
Our program allows us to manage potential risks associated with modern slavery by identifying and
isolating areas in which it might occur within our own facility, as well as our supply chain. Utilization of the SMETA/SEDEX process allows us to effectively form a network of businesses with similar core values.
